4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the casuno deposit page at the time of transaction. casuno reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. casuno aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, casuno may require that any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. casuno is committed to compliance with applicable AML laws and regulations. casuno reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. casuno may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5.1 casuno may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.1 All games available on the casuno platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by casuno or any third party.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, casuno reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. casuno shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
6.3 Collusion & Cheating. Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, use automated software (bots), exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6.4 casuno's decision on all gaming matters, including the validity of game outcomes and the application of these Terms, shall be final and binding.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude casuno's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 casuno reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason , including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at your own request.
12.2 Upon termination, any pending withdrawals that have passed compliance review will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts terminated for cause (including fraud or Terms violations) may be forfeited.
12.3 You may close your casuno account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and outstanding wagering requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
